1751918 - `Dark` theme aesthetic issue on Windows 7

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0

Steps to reproduce:

A. Hamburger menu
B. Themes
C. Dark

Actual results:

The Dark theme goes out of bounds, or maybe it gets applied to the window upper border as well (pretty noticeable on Windows 7's Aero)

Expected results:

Personally, I would settle for something like the Dark theme on Firefox (i.e. it is applied to everything but unselected tabs and the rest of the tab strip).
This is a matter of taste, but the Dark theme is currently an eye sore (can't be an intentional feature).
