Preconditions:

browser.search.region US,CA
extensions.formautofill.addresses.enabled true
extensions.formautofill.supportedCountries US,CA
download latest Firefox Nightly with region locale
have a complete address already saved in about:preferences#privacy

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reach the address form on lowes.ca
2. Using the autofill feature, hover over the "Postal code" entry to check the autofill preview - observe the Province dropdown
3. Using the autofill feature, select any saved address entry.

Expected Results:

1. All the fields should be successfully previewed.
2. All the fields should be successfully auto-filled.

Actual Results:

1. The preview is not done on the "Province" dropdown.
2. The Province dropdown is not auto-filled.

Notes:

Severity: S3 severity.
Reproducible on Chrome: No - the preview and autofill are done.

Autofilling province doesn't work as expected because we don't know to make an associated with label that says "Province*" and the select element since the select element doesn't have an id="province". If it's not reproducible on Chrome, I guess they just have some good heuristics in this case to associate the label with the select element.

This issue is still reproducible in the latest Nightly build 115.0a1 (2023-05-26), the same behavior is still present, the Province field (dropdown) is not auto-filled.

This is fixed in the latest Nightly 116.0a1 (2023-06-19). All the shipping address fields are autofilled correctly now.
