So sync items not only overwrite local items ( bug1746789), but they also ruin favicons. All of them appear with the blank, default favicon as shown on the attached image.
(Also showing the lack of urls and the mostly useless device indication text.)

Managed to reproduce the favicon issue on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6 and on Ubuntu 20.04, there is might be a known bug for this but I'm not sure. Regarding the lack of urls the engineering team could decide if they take in consideration changing this or not.
Jeez. I made a typo in the original bug title, pretty much inverting the meaning...

I don't know of any, and I was asked to file one.
Regarding the lack of urls the engineering team could decide if they take in consideration changing this or not.
I also think that if a sync result also matches a local one it should never override it, I think local results always take precedence. (They way I see it in practice, coming up in sync as well only increases their "frecency", or whatever you call it these days.)
