Anytime during the release:

• [✅] outdated backward compatibility code removed (doc, searchfox)
• [✅] outdated telemetry probes removed (bz query)

Close to the end of the release

• [✅] smoke test for remote debugging against release channel (doc)
• [✅] smoke test for remote debugging against the same version (same doc)
• [✅] check xpcshell debugging (doc)

Marionette:

• [✅] close to the end of release (~1 week), update Marionette release notes on MDN (example for release 91)
• [✅] right after the release, send a mail to the dev-webdriver mailing list
