175416 - Ability to select bugs in buglist to redisplay list with only those bugs

What I envision here is the main buglist page would acquire checkboxes just like
the change multiple page has, however, instead of having form controls to change
a bug, there would be buttons for "redisplay this list with only the selected
bugs" or "redisplay this list without the selected bugs".

This is possible currently, but it's a multistep process...
1) Visit a bug in your buglist
2) Click "Show List" in the navigation bar
3) Click "Edit this query"
4) remove the unwanted bugs from the "include only these bugs" section of the
query page
5) submit your new query.

Step 4 requires you to remember the bugs you wanted or didn't want, also, which
would be done for you if you could just check them off.

This would also greatly reduce the number of steps Asa needs to perform for his
workaround to bug 111271 :)

Reassigning bugs that I'm not actively working on to the default component owner
in order to try to make some sanity out of my personal buglist.  This doesn't
mean the bug isn't being dealt with, just that I'm not the one doing it.  If you
are dealing with this bug, please assign it to yourself.
