Details

Seems like mozilla has different defaults for clicking on a link to open it
in a new window.  I don't see where this is easily configurable -- but I would like
to keep it consistent with my other browswers and have 'shift-click' to open
a link in a new window.

I would tend to view this as a "pseudo" standards issue.
