Preconditions:

browser.search.region DE
extensions.formautofill.addresses.enabled - true
extensions.formautofill.addresses.supported to "detect"
extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries US,CA,DE
download latest Firefox Nightly with region locale
have a complete address already saved in about:preferences#privacy

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reach the address form on lufthansa.de
2. Click in the First name field (Vorname)
3. Click in the Middle name field (Zweiter Vorname)
4. Click in the Last name (Nachname) field and using the autofill feature, select 1 saved address entry.

Expected Results:

1. The address autofill dropdown should be displayed for all fields.
2. All the fields should be successfully autofilled.
3. The phone numbers should be divided into prefix/phone number (Vorwahl/Telefonnummer).

Actual Results:

1. The address autofill dropdown is not displayed for First name field (Vorname) and Middle name field (Zweiter Vorname).
2. The First name (Vorname) and Middle name (Zweiter Vorname) fields are not autofilled. Also, the First name is auto-filled instead of the Last name in the Last name field. (see the video attached).
3. The full phone number is auto-filled in the prefix field.

Notes:

1. Reproducible on Chrome: No
   Please let me know if separate bugs are needed for the issues described above.
