I don't know what to blame -- Mozilla, CSS, Gtk, or X, but the scroll bar of a
multiselect form element will not grow smaller after being increased.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl-+ to zoom in as much as Mozilla will allow.
2. Press Ctrl-- to zoom out after fully zooming in back to normal size
Actual Results:  
The scroll bar of the multiselect form element did not end at the last element
-- it continued to the bottom of my screen.

Expected Results:  
Resized to span only the select elements.
