Steps to reproduce:

Right click on folder in folder pane.

Actual results:

No chance to create a virtual folder from here.

Expected results:

There should be a menu Item to conveniently create a virtual folder from here, instead having to mark the folder and then go to File -> New -> Virtual folder.

A variation could be to use context menu -> "New Subfolder" an then in the subsequent dialogue have a check box "Virtual folder".
