+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1751290 +++
When editing a contact we cover up the rest of the Address Book UI to prevent it being clicked on. We also disable the toolbar buttons to prepare for bug 1737361. The toolbar shouldn't be disabled and covered, it looks weird.
