As per the recent discussion in bug 1563839, the site for the US branch of Santanderbank has been updated, and no longer requires the UA overrides for rolb.santanderbank.com and bob.santanderbank.com. Let's remove those URLs from the override, but keep the others for now.

Patch shipping in Firefox 99 as part of the addon's v31 in bug 1752986.
