It would be extremely cool if I could do the following (general) in Chimera:
1. Open a bunch of browser windows.
2. File -> Save as Binder...
3. Type a name and save it somewhere.
Then later, if I double-click on the binder file, drag it to the browser, or
otherwise open it, it would open all of the windows (and tab configurations)
where they were previously, load each of the pages from their stored URL's, and
scroll each window or tab down to the saved scroll position.
An added bonus would be the ability to save the actual content in a format
similar to what IE on the Mac allows (not "HTML Complete," where a bunch of
directories are created -- unless done so in a "package" file (hey!)) and then
an update on the content if the appropriate preference were set, but I'm not
greedy...

I'd almost say this could be replaced by being able to bookmark a group of tabs
(ala Mozilla) or a feature to open all bookmarks in a folder as a tab (ala Opera
and possibly Phoenix).
Adding binder functionality would be a lot more work than using what the browser
knows.
As far as the HTML Complete thing, that deserves another ticket.
Rather than coming up with something specifically for Chimera on Mac OS, this
should be done on Mozilla first, in a cross-platform manner.

As Greg said, Chimera is too tiny to implement this.
