Details
Steps to reproduce:
Connect IMAP account, add string Received in mailnews.customDBHeaders, add Received column in Inbox folder, close and reopen Thunderbird, do a repair folder on Inbox.
Actual results:
Received column disappeared
Expected results:
Received column, and, in general, customized column configuration, remains after repair folder

You don't mean the entry in the Pref but the Received-Coloumn in the Thread-Pane - right?
