Using IE, go to someone's Hotmail account, choose 'Compose' and add an
attachment, just below the Subject line.
Using Mozilla, attempt to repeat the scenario. You'll notice the 'Attachments'
line is not there.
What's really weird, is if you view the page source from IE and compare it to
the page source from Mozilla. The Mozilla source doesn't even have the HTML for
attachments! There's an entire <tr> missing.
