Details
In the Fx100 Private Browsing page modal, the screen reader will read out "Scan the QR Code to Download" but the QR code itself isn't read. Alt text similar to what is shown on the "More From Mozilla" tab in preferences would help here (eg. "QR code to download Firefox Focus")

I‘ve verified this issue using the latest Firefox Nightly 100.0a1 (Build ID: 20220329204247) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.
- The QR code is visible to a screen-reader and the “Scan the QR code to get the Firefox Focus, image” text is read by it.
