1761250 - Enable showing Klar QR to users with "de" locale in Focus promos using Spotlight in PBM

All users except those with "de" locale should see the Firefox Focus QR code in Fx100 PBM promos. Those with "de" locale should see a QR code for Klar.

More generally, allow for locale based overrides of a QR code provided in the multistage Spotlight configuration.

I‘ve verified this issue using the latest Firefox Nightly 100.0a1 de locale and DE region (Build ID: 20220330214842) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.

• The “Firefox Klar holen” localized title is displayed on the spotlight modal.
• The “Scannen Sie zum Herunterladen den QR-Code.” localized subtitle is displayed.
• The “GET IT ON Google Play” button redirects to the “Google Play” page, and the “Download on the Apple Store” redirects to the “Apple Store” page.

However, while I was verifying this task, I've noticed that the QR code redirects to the Firefox Focus app, instead of the Firefox Klar. @Meg, could you please let me know if this behavior is intended? Also, should I verify anything else regarding this task? Thanks!

@simona Venetia and Tatiana raised this issue on Slack. Tati confirmed the Klar QR code will only open the Klar page in Germany. I've confirmed we're using the correct QR codes from the Figma designs.

If you have access to the Browser Toolbox, you could confirm that the img with class .qr-code-image has a source of chrome://browser/content/assets/klar-qr-code.svg for the de locale. These modal elements will only be inspectable in the Browser Toolbox, not the regular developer console.

I‘ve verified this enhancement using the latest Firefox Nightly 100.0a1 DE locale (Build ID: 20220331185657) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6, and Ubuntu 20.04.

• The QR code image has the “chrome://browser/content/assets/klar-qr-code.svg” source.
