RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1749209

People

(Reporter: grgoffe, Unassigned)

Details

Steps to reproduce:

File -> exit

Actual results:

Earlier session is restored... NOT the "current" session

Expected results:

The "current" session should be restored but it is NOT.

THIS IS STILL happening with "current" level of FF.

I use nightly frequently and the problem does NOT exist there... ONLY the "released" versions of FF.

Trying with a new profile STILL fails.

Resolution: INVALID → DUPLICATE

Robert,

I don't understand how you can close this bug as a duplicate of a bug that was closed because I missed the "needinfo" email.

The problem STILL exists so just closing this bug will NOT change anything and ONLY add to the clutter surrounding this issue.

Would you 1) PLEASE re-open this bug and 2) fix it or ask more questions or assign it to someone who can fix it.

Regards,

George...

You should comment on the original bug. There's no point having lots of bugs that discuss the one problem that you have. Just because it's closed doesn't mean you can't add more clarifying comments.

Robert,

If you look at the mentioned bug report you will see my comments. I've had NO response from anyone except you regarding this bug.

What am I do to?

Is there a "higher power" to whom I should address this issue?

Thanks,

George...
