Currently if native mojo code, when using legacy libraries mixed in, if ThrowUserError or ThrowCodeError are called you get a unfriendly error page instead of the properly rendered error page.
The changes will allow Throw*Error to use the native reply.exception when dying which we can then override to show a properly rendered error page that is consistent with the rest of BMO.
