User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/100.0.4896.60 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

I opened the email.

Actual results:

At the first time everything was OK. But in that

But I couldn’t immediately respond to the email or complete the task in it, so I planned to deal with it at a later date.

When I later opened the same email, there was complete chaos in it. It occurs with multiple emails.

The email is completely empty...
Or a completely different correspondence in it, coded and unreadable.
And the email header is completely empty. But not even the "Sender" and "Recipient" labels are there in Thinderbird.

I have attached a picture of 3 such letters, and next to it you can see what these letters should actually look like.
I took the "real" picture from webmail. But it would be opaque to handle my correspondence there. I need Thunderbird. Of course for debugging as well.

The problem first appeared in the last few weeks, 1-2 months - as far back as I can remember - but now it’s getting more common.

Expected results:

Open the email to show what it should actually show.

Looks like your local email cache is corrupted. This does not sound like a software bug but a support request for the Thunderbird forum.

Try "Repair Folder" in the folder properties.
