windows 98se, quicklaunch opens countless 'ghost' windows (no icon, no text on
the task bar.) clicking on any of them will open an very small 'window' that
appears to have some text (only the very top of the text is visable, no effect
when i click on it). it continues to open these ghost windows untill the task is
ended

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install windows 98
2.install and enable quick launch on mozilla 1.2b (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016)
3. restart computer with quick launch enabled.

Actual Results:  
infinite ghost windows pop up.

Expected Results:  
quietly, without openeing windows, hide in the system tray. then it should call
the playmate of the month and have her come to my house errr nerver mind :)
