1763228 - Some Icons in custom mail toolbar are not visible

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Thunderbird (I'm doing this on Windows 10)
  • It doesn't seem to matter if dark mode is enabled/disabled
  • I have no add-ons installed
• Double click an email to pop it out into it's own window
• Right click on mail toolbar and click "Customize"
• In the Customize window, make sure Icons are set to be visible
• Drag any of the following to the toolbar
  • Tasks
  • Calendar
  • Add as Task
  • Add as Event

Actual results:

The icon will not be visible (The text will be).
Other custom items seem to display correctly although there may be others than the ones i mentioned above that cause issues.

Expected results:

The icons should display along with the text (When icons are set to be visible from the 'Customize Toolbar' window.

I can reproduce using version 100.0b1 on Windows 10 and Fedora 35 Linux.

Also, if the user selects just "Icons" nothing appears in the toolbar of the new window.
