1763499 - Rename instances of "monochromatic" to "colorway"

Under Bug 1725467 in Bug 1730262 (among others) we introduced "monochromatic" themes, but shortly thereafter we settled on calling them colorways. We should update the naming convention to reflect this to prevent potential confusion for developers looking for code related to colorways.
