[Affected Platforms]:

• Mac 11.6
• Windows 10 x64
• Ubuntu 20.04 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox Nightly/Beta 99 browser installed.
• Have a new Firefox profile.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Update the browser to the latest version.
3. Resize the browser to 25% of its width.
4. Observe the elements from the "Thank you" spotlight.

[Expected result]:

• The elements are visible and correctly rendered.

[Actual result]:

• The elements are not rendered and the description text is cut off.

I‘ve verified that this issue is no longer reproducible using the latest Firefox Nightly 102.0a1 (Build ID: 20220505094230) and Firefox Beta 101.0b2 (Build ID: 20220503185929) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.3.1, and Ubuntu 20.04 x64.

• The “Thank you” spotlight can be scrolled, and all of its elements are visible.
