1763763 - subscribing to a CardDAV address book does not subscribe to all selected address books and does not display the complete list

Steps to reproduce:
Issue : There is also the possibility to add an carddav account directly after Profile creation. There the issue is a bit different. You select add new Carddav Address book then enter URL and username. The next windows also does not show the complete list. But this window I can make bigger with the mouse and select/unselect the address books (see Screenshot002/003). However, if I then click OK only one Address book is subscribed (see Screenshot004)

Actual results:

Issue: Only one Address book is subscribed.

Expected results:

Issue 2: The selected address books should all be subscribed and the whole list should be shown when the windows is opened

When a directory is created the dialog tries to tell Address Book tab about it (via window.arguments). But if the dialog is not opened from the Address Book tab, this fails and only the first available book is added.
