Steps to reproduce:

1. open a website, find a input area, and we can input Chinese words
2. right click on this page, and input again, we cannot input Chinese words and change ime method anymore
3. switch to another page or change the course to address bar, and switch back, ibus/rime get works again

Actual results:

ibus/rime don't work

Expected results:

ibus/rime should get work

This bug can also be reproduced under another input method framework: fcitx5

I suspect that this is one of regressions by bug 1753173.

I believe that this will be fixed by bug 1765091. If this isn't fixed by bug 1765091, let me know.
