Steps to reproduce:

Went on mozilla.hosted.panopto.com
Select a video
Enable subtitles on built-in video player
Click on PiP button
Subtitles do not appear in PiP, only appear in built-in video player

Actual results:

Subtitles did not appear in the PiP window, they only displayed on the built-in video player.

I can confirm this enhancement is implemented on Firefox 101.0b8(20220517185920) and Nightly 102.0a1(20220518214245) on Windown 10 64-bits, macOS 11 and Ubuntu 20.04.
