- Firefox Nightly 101.0a1 - Build ID: 20220417212536

[Prerequisites]:
- Have a clean new Firefox profile.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the Browser with the profile from prerequisites.
- Open a New Private Window.
- Focus the "Download Firefox Focus" button using keyboard only navigation.
- Press Enter/Space and observe the modal.
[Expected result]:
- The focused element from the modal is visibly focused.
[Actual result]:
- No element appears to be focused..
[Notes]:
- If the Enter/Space key is pressed a 2nd time the modal is dismissed, which means that the "x" button is focused.
- In order to get the "x" button to be visibly focused you need to focus the first button then navigate backwards to the "x" button.
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.

This is similar to bug 1763470 for upgrade spotlight where it's currently intentional that focus ring is suppressed to be determined in bug 1708261.
