Steps to reproduce:
Running TB 100.0b3 on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (de-DE). Tried to open the account settings from the application menu.

Works fine for me
Running 100.0b4 and macOS 11.6.6 en-UK
Though I did note on the release notes the Accounts Settings option was also STILL in Tools, but not on my floptop
