Steps to reproduce:
Reply to a message
Actual results:
There is extended spacing (many empty lines) between messages in a thread in the Reply composition window.
Expected results:
Prior messages in the thread should be stacked close together without extra blank lines in between.

We'd need a testcase, sample message, attached to this bug report, for the issue to be actionable
