User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0

Steps to reproduce:

[MacOS 12.3.1; Thunderbird 100.0b4]
Right-click on a message in the list of inbox messages
Select "Open Message in New Window" from the context menu
After the new window opens, attempt to move it by dragging its title bar.

Actual results:

The window does not move.

Expected results:

The window moves.

I can confirm this. But I don't use standalone message much, so I don't know when it started.

Do you know when it started? (we did have recent Mac changes)

I noticed this the first time yesterday, not sure for how long has been broken.
I'm guessing a toolkit regression, but I might be wrong.
