Steps to reproduce:

I have a bunch of Google calendars I'm subscribed to over CalDAV (20 or so), each with a few thousand events.

Actual results:

When I make some of the calendars visible, Thunderbird often will not show any events from it, or only a few events. They may show up a few minutes after making the calendar visible, or not at all. Once they do show up, they will reliably get hidden/visible along with the calendar, at least until Thunderbird is restarted.

Expected results:

It should immediately show all events from the calendar when making it visible.
