There is no security selection avaliable to choose digital signatures to attach
to mail accounts

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Mozilla Mail
2. chose Edit from the main menu
3. chose Mail & Newsgroup account settings
4. chose a mail account ie. default@foo.bar
5. view settings for this account


Actual Results:  
There is no listing for security options
S/MIME. I've never seen this. Are you installing over an old build?

Yes this is an install over an older build mozilla 1.1 I believe.
I'll try a fresh install and see what the outcome is
I installed mozilla1.2beta in a new directory and all is well.


Closing this out - there are occasional issues when installing over existing
builds, but for whatever reasons these are rare.  

Ideally, installing over an existing installation would always work.
