Steps to reproduce:
i) import the recipient encryption certificate under "People"
ii) tried to save a mail that should be encrypted for the recipient
Actual results:
<<Unable to save your message as draft
You specified encryption for this message, but the application failed to find an encryption certificate for x@dom.tld>>
Expected results:
- Say that an encryption certificate was found, but that it could not be verified "because the issuer" Y "is unknown"
- Suggest to get the issuer certificate and import it into "Authorities"

Because this bug's Severity has not been changed from the default since it was filed, and it's Priority is --
(Backlog,) indicating it has has not been previously triaged, the bug's Severity is being updated to --
(default, untriaged.)

The severity of these bugs was changed, mistakenly, from normal
to S3
.
Because these bugs have a priority of --
, indicating that they have not been previously triaged, these bugs should be changed to Severity of --
.

We deliberately don't support self signed S/MIME certificates.
