Steps to reproduce:
Trying to snap a PiP to bottom of the screen with win key + down arrow in Windows 11.
Actual results:
The video is fixed and doesn't move to the bottom of the screen. I can move and snap the PiP with win key + left or right but it stays on the top of the screen.
Expected results:
The PiP video should snap to the bottom of the screen.
