is bug 1746499 a duplicate of this?
Hmm, this bug touches some aspects of the issues mentioned in bug 1746499, but ultimately the patch here mainly revolves around the menuseparator.
It will make the context menu look more roomy (and very much reminiscent of Windows 10's context menu in file explorer) and modern, but the issues you mentioned wrt Windows 11 styles still stand after this patch.
Regardless, if you can, please take this patch for a ride on Windows 11 and lmk what you think. I don't have Windows 11 so your review would be valuable to make sure this doesn't at least regress something there :)
