Make sure the window is "Maximized". Open the touchscreen keyboard and observe the window gets pushed up slightly (putting the very top of the window off screen) and also makes the window "Restore Down". You can actually see the "Restore Down" icon change to the "Maximize" icon (I attached a little pic of what I'm talking about). I'm not able to screenshot this because when I hit print screen or screenshot combo, it closes the keyboard and Firefox goes back to normal, but it's easy to repro.
This issue is very distracting for the Firefox on Windows tablet experience
