Moving weather map stopped working when I installed this build (2002102703)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select map in motion hit enter

Actual Results:  
Locks on message loading animation

Expected Results:  
Load the animation and show the history of the weather display as if in motion.

The pop up menus are still sticking open with this build

Jim, please provide the exact URL you're accessing (or at least as close as
possible). Also try reproducing the problem using another Mozilla user profile.
