10-29-09-M11/all platforms:

There is no info (logout or drop connection info) displayed from the IMAP log
when users cancel login before entering the password.

Please see the following attachment, there is no logout or drop connection info
on the IMAP log which can tell that the client drop the connection (cancel
login)

Not sure this is valid - we don't have to logout if we haven't logged in - at
least that's my recollection. Jeff, do you remember?

If we already have a connection to the server even though not authenticated we
should send "logout" command to close the connection as the spec says. If we did
send out "logout" command then I guess we should add it to the imap log.
