1771829 - `Ctrl+P` shortcut no longer works in new Address Book

Basic shortcuts gone missing - collector series:

Regression: Ctrl+P with focus on printable items like cards, lists, or address books no longer does anything. There's a dead Print command in File menu (the one from 3-pane), advertising the shortcut. That's odd because Ctrl+P really constitutes one of those every-day swiss-knife high-efficiency shortcuts which one would expect to work everywhere and always.

Didn't look too closely, but perhaps a "p" case here - https://searchfox.org/comm-central/rev/7db3fb60ede28ef82c543940f39e67d7ff0ea7b9/mail/components/addrbook/content/aboutAddressBook.js#1978 to call printSelected()
