Scope of this bug is to add a new targeting for users who have pinned Firefox private browsing window.

This will be needed to target the experiments pinning Firefox in private mode and hide Pin Firefox promo on about:privatebrowsing tab.

I‘ve verified this enhancement using the latest Firefox Nightly 105.0a1 (Build ID: 20220811190443), Firefox Beta 10.4.0b9 (Build ID: 20220811191329) and Firefox Release 103.0.2 (Build ID: 20220808125904) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.3.1, and Linux Mint 20.2 x64.

• The “doesAppNeedPrivatePin” is added to the Targeting section from the AS Router devtool.
• Its value is true if the Firefox Private Browsing is not pinned, and false if the Firefox Private Browsing is pinned to taskbar.
• Also, its value is false on macOS and Linux even if the Firefox Private Browsing is not pinned.
