Steps to reproduce:

If you set the the policies for ExtensionRecommendations and FeatureRecommendations the ui settings aren't looked.

Note: We configure the policies using Active Directory GPOs.
FF 91.10.0esr; ADMX v3.10

I know it's been a while, but reopening.

The issue here is that I left the ability to lock these preferences out of the documentation (even though it is supported).

So I'm going to reopen and when I fix the docs, I'll close.
