While reviewing 2-year-old+ Nightly differences, I found devtools.webconsole.sidebarToggle which has been enabled on Nightly for a long time. Is it possible we can turn this on on all channels? (And if not, maybe we should remove it?)

I feel like only Bug 1473556 could be a blocker, the other ones are pretty minor
