this is more like a enhancement than a bug

currently the save as, sets the default file name with the file name it
retrieves from from the given URl, thus iin some case, the file name becomes
xxx.cgi or xxx.php.....
while in IE, the file name is the page title of the html file, rather trivial.

I would suggest to use page title in this case
