Steps to reproduce:

Open browser history, scroll down to date (1 month back or so), alt tab to different window, then go back to browser history

Actual results:

The browser history resets to most recent, instead of keeping scrolled position.

Expected results:

This is a current phenomenon, it used to just stay at where ever you scrolled to.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello! I have managed to reproduce the issue with firefox 103.0a1(2022-06-10), 102.0b6 and 101.0.1 on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04.
I will set a component for this issue and mark it as NEW in order for our developers to look more into it, if it's not the right component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.
