User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:101.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/101.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new window with two empty tabs
2. Move mouse to middle of 2nd tab so that tooltip 'New Tab' appears
3. Without moving the mouse go to address bar (ALT+D)
4. Start typing address

Actual results:

Tooltip stays put and obscures address bar.

Expected results:

Tooltip should disappear
