With more than 2 emails it is possible to not select any default email.
Currently this will make the first email as the default email.

The bug is that the email is not selected in the edit view but it is indicated in the edit header or the card list view.

As a further refinement we might consider using the last known default email before using the first email when no checkbox is checked.

Bug 1773505 - With no selected default email set the first one on the vCard. r=darktrojan

[Approval Request Comment]
User impact if declined: Two scenarios: With a new contact the first email is indicated as default email once a new email is added. The other scenario is that when a contact is saved with an empty email field indicated as default email the first one (with a value) is taken as default email. This is now indicated in the edit UI of a contact with this patch.
Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): on c-c
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): low
