Suggest changing to Firefox's example of "Get Help" for both menu bar and appmenu. We can use their string?

Plus the use of "Thunderbird" is redundant.

This string change could be a good opportunity to also update the menu item added in bug 1773900 for connect.mozilla.org. We had to go with existing copy to enable use in 102.
