1773913 - almost invisible border color when moving a mail to another folder

When moving an e-mail to another folder there is a border around the folder while the mouse is dragged. This white border is almost invisible on the gray background.

It's reproducible on macOS in Thunderbird 91.10, 102b4 and Daily.
