I print pages from Navigator / Communicator to a shared printer. I like that I can put page name, url, date, etc. in header/footer. It would be nice if I could include my name (a constant) in the footer (header?). Just a product improvement suggestion. Keep up the good work.

Marking [4.xP] as IE4 does this already. This feature would be incredibly useful. IE implements it by allowing magic strings such as "%w", "%D", and so on in free-form header/footer input lines. See also bug 5332.
