[Affected Platforms]:

[Prerequisites]:

  • Have the following prefs in the "about:config" page:
    • "nimbus.debug" pref set to "true".
  • Have the "Browser Console" opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Open the browser with the profile from the prerequisites.
  2. Navigate to the "about:studies?optin_slug=import-infrequent-eco2204-en&optin_branch=treatment-c&optin_collection=nimbus-preview" URL.
  3. Restart the browser and click the "Import to Firefox" spotlight button.
  4. Focus the "Browser Console" and observe if there are any errors displayed.

[Expected result]:

  • There is no error displayed.

[Actual result]:

  • The "Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: window.AWWaitForMigrationClose is not a function" error is displayed.

[Notes]:

  • This issue is reproducible on all the "treatment" branches of the experiment.
  • This issue is not reproducible if the import action is performed from the "File" browser menu.
  • Attached a screen recording of the issue.
